Any idea why silver stocks are not breaking out with SLV?

Just a pure guess. The retail trade is being sold the SLV shares as a "group" of ALL silver stocks. The hedge funds are buying for a different reason. Again just a guess, based on some comments by some brokers I know.

It broke above a LT TL which could be a throw over and we see a retest quick. If that fails, 180.
Playing both odds, think it will test 100 about twice, with pull backs to the breakout. Be nimble at this point.
Bought PAAS, SLW, SSRI this week.
