yes it is, and has been. i am watching the parabolic rise off the august 16th lows, and so it is in tact, should that break, then we are in for a larger correction, if not, then this is just background noise. (i use french curves to watch and gauge the market, they work very well). my work shows lows in april and then again in june. then new highs into years end. dharma
